Have you Biden supporters not opened your eyes yet??!!

Seriously why do you think they are trying to "impeach" & inact the 25th amendment 9 days before the inauguration of "YOUR PRESIDENT"??!! Do y'all
not realize they are scared of the evidence he has and they want him out of office ASAP but if it was such a "fair election" and Biden clearly won, why would they need to be scared?? Hmm

Of all the videos of evidence showing cops letting in the trump supporters and clearly antifa staged in photos by photographers that just happened to be there "breaching the capitol as y'all say", they were let in, they even picked
up their trash before they walked out in an orderly fashion, mind you they looked like they were in a formal line in a museum

Oh that's right I forget there was TONS of voter fraud evidence as well and y'all clearly didn't see that either because it doesn't fit the narrative
you have been taught to see/think watching the mainstream media.

I'm pretty sure for the last 4 years y'all have been rioting/killing/burning/looting since President Trump was in there but yet a peaceful protest walking through the capitol is just terrible and My President immediately condemned what was going on, I'm pretty sure the democrats were okay with everything that was going on the last 4 years never condemning the violence!

Difference between you and I is I want my kids to grow up in a free country and if they can clearly shutdown free speech, banning THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES what else can they do!!

See the bigger picture, open your eyes and stay WOKE to the truth!! This
isn't about republicans vs Democrats this is about our FREEDOM and what kind
of world we want our children to grow up in!!

here we go. I was waiting for one of yous to come crawling out of the woodwork to support an attempted coup on our country.

Have you Biden supporters not opened your eyes yet??!!

The same could be said for you.

Seriously why do you think they are trying to "impeach" & inact the 25th amendment 9 days before the inauguration of "YOUR PRESIDENT"??!! Do y'all not realize they are scared of the evidence he has and they want him out of office ASAP but if it was such a "fair election" and Biden clearly won, why would they need to be scared?? Hmm

They're trying to get Trump out of office for multiple reasons.

    1. He encouraged a bunch of armed insurrectionists to riot and storm the United States Capitol building to try and stop the count and certification of electoral votes by the legislature. They killed a police officer (The party of "law & order" that "supports police"!) and trampled on of their own to death (while he was carrying a "don't tread on me" flag). Those rioters erected a makeshift gallows outside the Capitol, and were heard shouting "Hang Mike Pence"

    2. He's unstable, and he's gotten far more unstable since the election. We're genuinely concerned that he may try and do something stupid with the power given to his office.

It's quite unlikely he'll get impeached before his term is up. However, impeachment, even after his term is over will prevent him from running for/holding any public office ever again, it'll take away his $200K yearly pension, and $1,000,000 in travel expenses each year, as well as strip him of his security detail.
Personally I'm not thrilled with the security detail thing, but it is what it is, and Trump is rich enough to afford his own damn security.

The evidence is mounting, he encouraged the coup. When it started he could have tried to call them off, but he didn't. When he finally did make a feeble attempt at trying to get them to stop, he told a violent mob of cop-killing rioters that he "loves" them.

Of all the videos of evidence showing cops letting in the trump supporters and clearly antifa staged in photos by photographers that just happened to be there "breaching the capitol as y'all say", they were let in, they even picked up their trash before they walked out in an orderly fashion, mind you they looked like they were in a formal line in a museum¡¡¡

Are you fucking kidding me? Have you seen the pictures of what the Capitol building looked like after they left? Someone spread shit on the walls, offices were trashed. equipment such as laptops, binders and even a damn lectern were stolen. cameras, lights and equipment belonging to the media was smashed and stolen. Windows were smashed, chairs and desks overturned... it was a mess.

There's video of some police officers just letting the mob in, of an officer taking selfies with them, and then officers that just held the door when it was past the mob's bedtime and they decided to go home.

I don't know how anyone can claim that any of those people were Antifa
    1. none of them were wearing masks. Masks are Antifa rule #1, even before Covid.
    2. Why the fuck would Antifa storm the capitol to stop the counting of votes for THEIR GUY?
    3. Hundreds of people have been matched up with pictures online of them spouting their love for Trump, with pictures of them at Trump rallies, wearing Trump hats, etc.

Oh that's right I forget there was TONS of voter fraud evidence as well and y'all clearly didn't see that either because it doesn't fit the narrative you have been taught to see/think watching the mainstream media.

I have yet to see any of that voter fraud evidence. All I see is people yelling that it exists, because their god-emperor, Trump, said it does.

It's not even remotely the same. And people don't die during peaceful protests.

Difference between you and I is I want my kids to grow up in a free country and if they can clearly shutdown free speech, banning THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES what else can they do!!

    AHHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA

Trump is a victim of capitalism. Companies decided it's better for their bottom line to ban the President and his supporters from their platform.

Pretend Twitter is a mom & pop bakery, and Trump is a gay wedding cake if it makes you feel better.

See the bigger picture, open your eyes and stay WOKE to the truth!! This isn't about republicans vs Democrats this is about our FREEDOM and what kind of world we want our children to grow up in!!

I'd like my neices to grow up in a world where we listen to scientists, where everyone is treated the same (could you imagine what would have happened at the Capitol if it was BLM doing that?!), and people aren't stupid enough to believe everything a reality TV star tells them, especially to the point where they attempt a fucking coup against our government.

Have you Biden supporters not opened your eyes yet??!!

My eyes have been open for a very long time. Whether we look at the past four years or the past thirty, they've been open.

Hmm

Whether or not it was nine days, fifty days, or two hundred days before an inauguration, the reality remains that Donald Trump did incite violence upon the Capitol and those working in it including the Vice President, Speaker of the House, and the Majority Leader of the Senate. This wasn't about being a Repubican or Democrat, it was about a violent insurrection against our government for not supporting the lies of Trump and his followers.

The election was fair, free, and accurately counted. If Donald Trump had a modicum of evidence to support the claims he's made, they should've been made known all the way to the United States Supreme Court. Withholding the evidence, whether for politican gain or favor, is irrelevant. Donald Trump saying, "I've got all the evidence. The election was stolen and I am your President," and not questioning those words, is believing without evidence, which was exactly what was provided to the courts.

Of all the videos of evidence showing cops letting in the trump supporters and clearly antifa staged in photos by photographers that just happened to be there "breaching the capitol as y'all say", they were let in, they even picked up their trash before they walked out in an orderly fashion, mind
you they looked like they were in a formal line in a museum¡¡¡

Where did all this information come from? Not a shred of evidence exists that ANTIFA was there or did anything at the Capitol. Capitol Police did let the rioters in, which shows that they were in on the insurrection. Those officers were recently arrested and charged with federal crimes. Again, I ask for evidence.

Oh that's right I forget there was TONS of voter fraud evidence as well and y'all clearly didn't see that either because it doesn't fit the narrative you have been taught to see/think watching the mainstream media.

Donald Trump forced the narrative that mail-in ballots are fraudulent even though a number of states use them in all elections as well as the military for those whose base is out of their home state or overseas. The narrative is false. Voter fraud is infinitesimally small. According to an MIT study covering 20 years of elections, they found it occurred in 0.00006% of instances nationally. Trump's narrative created doubt amongst his supporters, primarily, and his corruptable base. His Congressional supporters fear for their lives as well as their families if they go against the narrative--hence why they keep validating his story.

The unathorized access to the Capitol is against the law. The majority of rioting, killing, burning, and looting were primarily supporters of Trump. There is always a bad seed in every group, whether BLM, "ANTIFA", etc., but the truth is that the majority of crimes against people and property were found to be Trump supporters and not other groups.

Difference between you and I is I want my kids to grow up in a free country and if they can clearly shutdown free speech, banning THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES what else can they do!!

Donald Trump wants his speech to be free but he wants anyone else that goes against what he says to be quieted. Tell me how this is any different. The minute someone talks negative about Trump, he yells "Fake News". The reality is free speech is our right, but when you use a service such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, or any media outlet, they have the right to refuse service to anyone.

See the bigger picture, open your eyes and stay WOKE to the truth!! This isn't about republicans vs Democrats this is about our FREEDOM and what kind of world we want our children to grow up in!!

My children are growing up just fine. They all can think for themselves, are open to varying opinions, and understand how to research information they find on the news. They question everything, gather the data, and make informed decisions.

Varians of this discussion are common. If they allowed people to opt out The System would be unsustainable because the sort of people who would rather be part of it lacks the ability to sustain it without forcing everybody else to be in the same ship.

For the record, while I was sent to COVID-enforced unemployment I got no Social Security or Unemployment funds or anything for months. I only started getting money back when I was already working again, despite the fact I have been supporting employment protection messures for years.

Actually, some of them were wearing the masks and gear that are often seen

For the record, while I was sent to COVID-enforced unemployment I got no Social Security or Unemployment funds or anything for months. I only started getting money back when I was already working again, despite the fact I have been supporting employment protection messures for years.

This is simply unacceptable. The government failed its citizens; focusing only on bailing out businesses and not helping its citizens.

Turns out the government was smoking the money or something.

Without a doubt I agree with you. Again, our government focuses more on helping businesses and foreign countries rather than its own citizens.

It really puts things into perspective when you have been paying for gov protection and you get crap instead.

It is inexcusable that the government didn't increase benefits at the 2 to $3K level throughout the pandemic-forced unemployment. The idea that the initial $1200 payment and then the end of the year $600 was sufficient (which was just a stimulus, not for unemployment), is ridiculous.

Give up your Social Security Benefits

Which you pay into separately from your taxes. Otherwise, you are
usually NOT qualified to collect it, unless you are an illegal alien or
someone else who is on the lucky-list that certain politicians have added to over the years.

    Give up your Unemployment Benefits

They have made some exceptions due to COVID, but you benefit from this if you have paid into it separately from your taxes or you are not qualified to collect it.

    Give up your Medicare Benefits

OK there is one that could be considered socialism.

Give up your Employment Protections (OSHA, EEOC, etc.)

That isn't socialism, unless you believe that only socialist want to offer
    such protections.

There is no denying that social media, like the actual media, has an incredible bias.

It's not a bias. It is an established elite that are seeking to obtain a peudo-fascistic power hold. They are self-serving, and deliberatly lying, misleading and censoring to control you. They will destroy people, tear the country apart and see themselves as better than you, knowing more than you, more moral than you, and therefore should rightfully dicate your life. Democracy, free speech, the ability to elect a "populist" or even just select an alternative upsets that, and they want to shut these options out from you, forever.

"Bias" implies it some subconsious mistake they are not realising they are making. No, these actions are deliberate. They may be mistaken as to WHY they are doing it, but the outcome is indeed intended.

Well, that person tried to sell what happened in Portland as being only "speculation." I told her she needed to check out what the Mayor of

She didn't say anything else, but another co-worker jumped it and pretty

Personally, if I was motivated enough to attend a right-wing protest, I

This is why conservatives/the Right lose. They believe in playing by the rules. They still think that you shouldn't be hypocritical, apply even standards, etc, etc. "By Any Means Necessary" will always beat those who follow the prescribed playbook. You can't beat an enemy which is willing to play dirty by playing clean, especially if they have more power over you already.

So those that pride themselves to not resorting to using blackmail, threats of cancellation and violence, typical actions of the regressive left, are simply priding themselves of being "good" people who would rather lose than win. Not really useful to anyone but themselves and their own bank balance, if they are a pundit like Ben Shapiro.

This is what worries me, that a situation has been created where there ONLY way to not be a loser is to use oppression, violance and other illegal tactics. IF you leave out political options for change and correction, you leave only the extra-political, in other words, nasty options. The politics of the barbarian.

I think it is too late. Perhaps 15 years ago, we could have eschewed this type of violence and oppression, but not now. Not with the establishment now supporting these barbarian politcs. Companies cave in to them, or go along. The Democrats are now part of the barbarians. We see the establishment willing to do what it takes, no matter what.

Civilisations rests on having certain avenues of action being out of bounds, certain ideas, certain ways of debate and politics being shunned. You allow open debate, but we must accept that ideas are discussed in a civilised, structured manner. That is why we have courts, a systematic way of bringing about justice that we all agree to follow. Now, we have mob justice.

It was a fun experiment but I can't see America ever allowing Trump or anyone like him to become president again. I for one am done with the drama. After what happened in DC how can anyone with common sense vote for Donald Trump? How many more Ashli Babbits is it going to take?

I'm not too sure about that. People like the chaos that the Trump administration brought to America. They liked "leadership through Tweet" to hear it directly from his mouth and not through a spun version from his Press Secretary. Remember, there is still part of the populace that believes Donald Trump won a second term, that every news channel provides "fake news" if it doesn't support their personal narrative, and that he was working for each of his supporters to secure a "greater" America.

If it won't be Donald Trump in 4, it will be any of his cultish followers, children, or business partners.

He was talking like he was already planning to run in 2024 in the event he lost. However, after his dramatic exit (even if the 1/6 incident and 2nd impeachment had never happened), he may have lost some of his supporters.
I am not sure he'd be viable.

Politicians are so corrupt... They've been investigating the Clinton foundation for years... from what we know publicly there is something wrong... they "investigate" it for sooooooooooo long and just quietly drop it years later and no one notices. I didn't think there was anyone crookeder that Hillery ... in steps Nancy and says hold my latte... an recently spent millions and millions in stock options in Tesla just days before China Joe announces that he's changing the entire federal fleet to electric...

Like a CEO of a company who signs off on their boors as being accurate and if they are not they are subject to jail time... Things might have worked a little different for Cuomo in New York...

Corruption is not just a left thing... Take a look at the current scandal with the Lincoln Project, never Trupers, one of the founders liked to screw young men, and boys, everyone knew and no one said anything... ALL because they were needed to trash Trump..... Sick people... grown men knew their was a sick fuck amongst them and they looked away because the orange man was bad.

a time in history, I sited the Nixon/Kennedy debate where the candidates had similar goals, just different ways to get there... Recall it was Kennedy who said "It's not what you country can do for you... it's what you can do for your country..." That statement sounds more republican than democrat...

Now the democratic speeches sound like ...Kill whitey ... tax the rich until they move.... and lets follow science over this cliff and bankrupt the country so that there is nothing to give to the next generations to come...

I'm starting to see that most politicians are in it for themselves... and are corrupt corrupt corrupt... They are not there to represent the people of their districts, that's for sure.

Back in the day Kennedy and Nixon both showed their love for the country and the people of the country... At that time the Democrats thought the government needed to help a little where as the Republicans thought the government should be limited and let the people enjoy their lives and forge their own way in life... Kind of like the constitution says... Limited federal government was the idea... NOW... wholly SHIT... WTF is going on.

So now we get candidates who are very polarized and overlap on very little.

Polarized... could have started way back... not sure... way way or just way back. Republicans maybe should not have impeached Clinton for his Blow Job... But Obama with his identity politics took it to the next level.

If you ask me... let the guy get a blow job... Maybe we should put it in the constitution... I'm for it...

obviously him and his wife have some agreement. it's like they are friends only. i think the same thing is going on with obama and michael.

clinton was impeached because he lied under oath and he was obstructing justice.

Friends without benefits... could be why he was on the Lolita Express banging underage girls like they were drums in a marching band... And it was good to see you got the spelling Mike's name correct.

clinton was impeached because he lied under oath and he was obstructing justice.
    ---
I know why he was impeached... and they should have gave him the blow job and he wouldn't have had to lie... If a president for 3 or 4 BJ cards when entering office he could have just pulled the card out slammed it down, like a boss, and went back into the oval office to finish the peoples business would have been a better angle.

Note that like most people they only follow science that suits them... they will ignore biology and physiology, for example, in favor of the more touchy-feely sciences when it comes to how many genders there are, for

I don't think they objection was for the BJ, but the fact that Bill was apparently fond of getting the BJs while he was on the phone and, at least
on one occassion, discussing things on the call that the intern didn't have security clearance for. She should not have been in the room, much less
    under the desk.

People pitch fits about Russian colussion now... what if she'd been a
    Russian or Chinese spy?

Identity politics will kill this country a lot quicker than the BJs, or anything W or Trump or (anything else) Clinton did.

I mean I could be totally wrong:) I think 60% of the country has already had enough of sleepy Joe, and the other 75% (Joe Biden Math) will get tired of him soon enough.
the math above was based on the 13 million more votes than registered voters, and there has nevr been more than a 80% turnout ever, and that was in 2018. before that it was 74% at it's highest.
    over 100% Turnout is impossible!

I really hope not... while there was some entertainment value, and I did happen to agree with around 2/3 of his policy choices, we should be able
to do better as a nation than we have. I'd really like to just flip the
table and vote out everyone currently serving in federal office as well
as all political appointees at this point.

There's a purpose to the friction and good faith negotiation that has
been all but completely lost to the current political climate and I
think we are all the worse off for it.

I do laugh my ass off at how many Trump policies Biden has been keeping
though without much notice or pushback. The media and pundits are
    largely lying, deceptive hypocrites.
