    Threads is pretty much a failed project. The Facebook aka Meta guys spent a lot of money promoting it and buying influenzers in order to drag people in. They also tried to capitalize on anti-Musk rethoric. Lefties were promoting it non-stop because they wanted to see Twitter crash.

    Three months later nobody was using Threads at all.

    I think people who wants microblogging are in Twitter and the hardcore anti-twitters are in the fediverse. Threads ended up as no-mans land.

    Not really into, no, but I also wonder what its purpose is. I think maybe
    they were trying to create a new twitter/x but it does just seem like another instragram. <shrugs>
